Sophie Bizeul is an ICF-Certified Life Coach, Solution-Focused Certified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner with a background in Ericksonian hypnotherapy. She dedicates her practice to helping individuals move forward in their lives, overcoming in the process any obstacles that might stand between where they are and where they want to be. Her true passion lies in supporting people move forward in any area of their lives where they might feel powerless or uninspired. Sophie holds sessions in both English and French, and offers phone consultations for those of you located overseas.

Tiffany Tremblay
Tiffany has been a fitness junkie from a very young age of 13, where she joined her first Fitness Gym. She is now a registered BCRPA Personal Trainer and Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist. She is very proud to have accomplished 6 half marathons, a half triathlon, 3 Grouse Grind races and skydiving from 14,000 feet in Byron Bay Australia.
Tiffany strives for health and fitness for every human being. She believes everyone is capable of becoming stronger, healthier, and happier through health and fitness in their lives. Her passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals through full body conditioning. Tiffany loves to teach and maintain safe and challenging workouts for her clients bringing enthusiasm and energy to each session.
Erica offers yoga classes that highlight the importance of physical alignment and the energetic experience of yoga asanas by emphasizing breath awareness. Her classes are known for being insightful and challenging with a focus of integrating breath with movement to gain physical strength, flexibility and to quiet the mind.
After returning from a six-month sojourn to India where she discovered Vipassana Meditation (www.dhamma.org), Erica returned to Canada and began practicing yoga in 1998. Her teaching of yoga asanas is steeped with an intensive background of yogic studies of the healing arts, meditation and psychology. By way of breath, Erica brings a beautiful balance of intensity and grace to each of her classes where she encourages students to allow their own creativity to inspire each practice.

Diana Steele is the managing partner of Eating for Energy, a thriving nutrition consulting company with four locations in the Lower Mainland. She is also co-author of the cookbook Eating for Energy without Deprivation – The 80-20 Cookbook. You may recognize her as the Nutritional Guru on Global Television.

Dae is a Registered Massage Therapist with extensive experience in Injury Intervention and Athletic Massage.

Dr. Aaron Case
Dr. Case is a Chiropractor and Active Release Provider. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from UBC and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. his background consists of 14 years of health care education and experience.

Laura Brett Having lived in different major cities throughout the world, Laura is thrilled to make Vancouver home where there is such a wonderful emphasis on health and wellness. She is very grateful to have first discovered yoga as a young teenager and to have been trained by and to have practiced with some of the world's most respected yoga teachers in various lineages of hatha yoga including vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara and most recently Yin. She has witnessed first hand yoga's empowering and transformational qualities and is passionate about sharing these amazing benefits. With an emphasis on breath, her teaching takes into account individual differences and unique abilities while focusing on awakening our bodies’ inherent intelligence and principals of alignment as a means to open and balance the body and to helping still and find quietness within our busy minds. Laura has been teaching at Business Objects for over a year and has enjoyed working within Workplace Wellness to help and advise those looking to find the workout program that best suits their individual needs and schedule.
