Workplace Wellness Solutions Inc. programs are designed to support healthy, active lifestyles. Based on your corporate wellness appraisal, risk profiles and an employee needs assessment, we are able determine what components of our program best suit your needs. 

Nutritional Services
Our dietician, Diana Steele, specializes in weight and shape management, sports nutrition and disease prevention. She promotes a balanced lifestyle by offering the best scientifically-based nutritional guidance available, with a personalized and practical approach.

Online Health/Nutrition Planning Program
Licious Living recently launched www.myliciousliving.com, an online personal health profiling and nutrition planning program that helps clients plan and track their nutrition, set health goals and track their progress.  Support services including nutrition coaching and online access to a Dietician make the online program ideal for anyone wanting to learn about healthy eating and creating a program that is right for their personal needs, preferences and health goals.

Life Coaching
Become the creative force in your life. Simply put, life coaching is all about supporting you in moving forward. The main focus in coaching is to help you get from the “present state” (i.e. Your present situation) to the “desired state” (i.e. the goal(s) you have set for yourself), while enjoying the ride all the way through.

Ergonomic Consultation and Design
Whether your employees sit at a computer terminal, operate machinery on the factory floor, or drive a large delivery truck, they can benefit from the principles of ergonomics.

Group Exercise
Whether you have on-site fitness facilities or not, employees can participate in a variety of fitness activities. Classes are offered before, during and after work. Choices include :

Walk/Run Groups: Walk/Run your way to wellness! This relatively simple activity reduces cholesterol and blood pressure levels, boosts bone strength, burns calories among other things.

Boxing: Experience the challenge of "the sweet science" of boxing. Let Tony Pep, a world ranked two time Canadian champion, help you develop the self-awareness, control, focus, strength and rhythm so necessary to this sport.

Massage Therapy: Experience the impressive range of physical, mental and emotional benefits achieved through massage.

Personal Fitness Prescription
Based on the current wellness status of the employee, Workplace Wellness Solutions Inc. designs and develops an effective customized exercise regime that ensures maximum return on expended energy safely. These uniquely tailored fitness programs are designed to bring about individual transformations necessary to achieve personal and company goals.

Post Rehabilitation
Workplace Wellness Solutions Inc. designs post rehabilitation programs for employees re-entering the workplace after an injury. All forms of post rehabilitation will be addressed following standards of practice put forth by the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehabilitation Professionals. Post rehabilitation needs will be met in close liaison with other involved members of the medical profession.
